Now, as Juve look to snap out of its late-October and early-November funk that saw them grind out results rather than impress on their way to victory, the hope is that a couple of weeks away will have been the chance to hit the reset button in a way. Or, at the very least, being on international duty with their respective countries helped the players rest up a little bit after a three-week stretch where it was game after game after game without much rest in between.
Let’s hope Juventus can right the ship a bit while keeping ahold of first place in Serie A.
If not, we’ll be talking about Inter possibly jumping over Juve in the standings a few hours from now.
