She's always talking about how she'd be nowhere without her Little Monsters.

And Lady Gaga has found a way to wear her heart - or her fans - on her sleeve, quite literally.
The popstar has paid tribute to her followers in a dress featuring hundreds of their faces.
Dubbed The Masterpiece, the skimpy leotard and flowing train was created after thousands of fans sent in pictures of themselves to the star as part of her new video for the MAC Viva Glam campaign

Gaga has helped raise $55million for the the MAC Aids Fund since joining in 2009 and hopes to reach its lifetime goat of $250million.
It has raised $225million to date.
She follows in the footsteps of Elton John, Cyndi Lauper and Mary J. Blige who have been spokespeople for the campaign.
Ricki Martin and Nicki Minaj will also join the project in February.
