The site DownDetector.com showed a spike in Xfinity blackouts announced presently before 10 p.m. As much as 24,000 individual revealed the blackout as per the site, yet wild grievances via online media demonstrated that the blackout was undeniably more boundless, affecting clients in San Francisco and the Peninsula, the East Bay and the North Bay.
