The 30–year-old looks delectable on the cover of the publication in a yellow and pink floral dress with a cut-out neck and matching strappy sandals.
In another image the star can be seen standing by a pool clad in a white one-piece swimsuit, which is worn under a pink waistcoat.
She is just as style-savvy in real life as her character in TV drama Hart of Dixie.
So it was no surprise that Rachel Bilson would be clad in a string of adorable outfits in her latest photo shoot.
As well as looking fashionable, the actress paraded her pins as she posed for a series of shots for the April issue of Lucky magazine.
Rachel’s stylish poolside look is completed with a series of gold chains hanging around her neck as she poses with her hands on her hips.

A third image sees the Jumper star reclining on a loveseat in a garden as she wears a sweet ensemble of a colourful sequined top and a ruffled pink miniskirt.
After the end of The O.C. in 2007, Rachel decided to make a name for herself in fashion, while still pursuing her acting career.
As well as working on a line with Donna Karen and being a Style Ambassador for Sunglasses Hut, the brunette recently launched her own range of shoes.
Rachel told Lucky of her style: ‘I seem to naturally go to neutrals, with a pop of colour. I’m a really big accessories person.
‘You wear a plain T-shirt and jeans and then do something really cool with the jeans or the amazing shoes, or a really cool scarf or belt or bag.’
And she also spoke out to the magazine about style versus comfort.
She said: ‘I like to be comfortable, and I don’t like to be cold, and I don’t like to wear anything I’m not in the mood for.’
