Christina Aguilera Stuns Fans with Sultry Instagram Photoshoot
Pop superstar Christina Aguilera, 44, turned heads with a daring Instagram post on Friday, sharing a series of provocative photos from her hotel room.
The "Genie In A Bottle" singer showcased her figure in an alluring black lingerie set featuring a sheer polka dot bra and matching briefs. She accessorized the look with high-waisted transparent tights and patent stilettos, striking poses on luxurious furniture including a white table and ornate cabinet.
One particularly bold shot showed her facing away from the camera, playfully flashing her bottom while positioned in front of a mirror. She captioned the steamy collection simply "Top shelf."
The revealing photos came shortly after Aguilera's glamorous appearance at the world premiere of "Burlesque: The Musical" at London's Savoy Theatre on Tuesday. There, she opted for a daring black string mini dress that left little to the imagination, paired with stockings and sleek heels, along with statement jewelry and her signature red lipstick.
At the star-studded event, Aguilera was joined by producer Steve Antin, with whom she shared affectionate moments on the red carpet.
"Burlesque: The Musical," which reimagines the 2010 film that launched Aguilera's acting career, is currently running at the Savoy Theatre through September 6, 2025. The singer also attended a preview performance on July 20, taking a seat in the audience to support the production.
Recently, Aguilera's dramatically slimmed-down appearance has sparked conversation among fans, with many speculating about possible cosmetic procedures or weight-loss methods. The transformation has led to discussions about her changing physique over the years.
While the singer has not directly addressed these rumors, she has spoken candidly about the ongoing scrutiny of her body image. In a recent interview with Glamour, she reflected on the industry's shifting expectations throughout her career.
"When you're a teenager, you have a very different body than when you're in your 20s," she explained. "I started to fill out, and then that was unacceptable because it was like, 'Oh, she's getting thicker.' Then I had industry people: 'They liked your body and how you were as a skinny teenager.'"
Now a mother of two, Aguilera says she's reached a point of self-acceptance and confidence. "I have a maturity now where I just don't give a f*** about your opinion. I'm not going to take it on," she declared.
She emphasized the importance of self-empowerment, adding: "It must be your responsibility to take up your space. Other people's opinions of me are not my business."
