Lamenting Jimmy stated: "Pitiful to hear Steve Bronski has kicked the bucket.

"He was a capable and an exceptionally melodic man. Working with him on melodies and the one tune that transformed us and contacted such countless different lives, was a fun and invigorating time. Much obliged for the song Steve. Jimmy x."

Glaswegian-conceived Bronski was conceived Steve Forrest and shaped the pop gathering in 1983 with artist Jimmy Somerville and individual performer Larry Steinbachek.
