TBI: 4-year-old from Madisonville discovered protected, non-custodial dad in authority 

The TBI says Matthias Noah Anderson was situated in south Georgia. His non-custodial dad, Tristan Anderson is in care. 

MADISONVILLE, Tenn. — UPDATE: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a missing 4-year-old kid from Madisonville has been discovered safe. 

The TBI says Matthias Noah Anderson was situated in south Georgia. His non-custodial dad, Tristan Anderson, is in authority. 

Past: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation gave an AMBER Alert late Tuesday night for a missing 

The TBI said was most recently seen wearing red Nike shorts, a red shirt and no shoes and might be in a light blue 2012 Chrysler Town and Country van with a TN label DRY381.

As per the TBI, the kid might be with his non-custodial dad, Tristan Anderson, who has warrants out for his capture for endeavored first-degree murder and bothered hijacking.
