Grandma's Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
90g chocolate
20g sugar
3 eggs
That's how it's done:
- Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and put it on top
Let the water bath melt then put on its side.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy.
- Stir the chocolate into the egg yolks.
- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the cream.
- Pour the cream into the glasses and chill.
- Garnish with mint and fruit.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and flour. Add water and milk; stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture involves a boil. Cook until thick, about 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Cool to temperature , stirring several times. Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Serve warm or chill.
