But it looks like the teenage rocker is hoping to shock yet again with her raunchy new video.
The promo for The Pretty Reckless' new single My Medicine features topless waitresses, a woman's bare backside, drug paraphernalia and smoking.

The video sees Momsen on the hunt for a party and is welcomed to the wild bash by a topless waitress.
When she walks in, she is surrounded by people in tiny outfits and covered in tattoos, appearing to be under the influence of drugs.

One man sits on the sofa smoking a bong, while a topless waitress passes cocktails of pills around.
In one shot, it appears like one women may be having sex on the toilet as she flashes her bare bottom.
Out of it: Momsen is practically falling asleep by the end of the video
As she sings the verses, it appears it isn't long before Momsen is under the influence as she struggles to keep her eyes open during the song.
Despite her raunchy image, the former Gossip Girl star recently admitted she was actually quite neurotic.

She told FHM magazine recently: 'I'm completely neurotic, totally anxious and high-strung all the time. I sleep for about four hours a night, or day, really. I go to bed at 9am, sleep for four hours, then get up and start the day again.
'To be honest, I don't know what to do when I'm not working. I lose my mind if I'm not constantly doing something.'
