Brooke Mueller is seen showing off her best moves, with a drink in hand, and looking a little worse for wear as she lapped up the evening at Escobar.
In a security video acquired by TMZ,
Mug: This police photo was taken after Brooke Mueller was arrested for intending to supply drugs and assault in Aspen, Colorado this morning
She is seen chatting to a female friend before dancing closely to a male companion.
While the 34-year old wanted nothing to prevent her from having a good time, police turned up at the nightclub and escorted her off premises.
Brooke was charged by police after being arrested and found in possession of a large amount of cocaine in the upmarket skiing resort town.
And it has now emerged that it was her former husband who paid her $11,000 bail, after her disgusted wealthy parents refused to help her after her latest transgression.
A source told RadarOnline: 'They actually wanted to leave her in jail'
Her mother and father have been trying to help their troubled daughter stay sober and assist with child care, and were furious when they learned of her legal woes.
The source added: 'Brooke's family is done with her, she has to get straight or she is going to die.'
The tiny city is a popular getaway for celebrities who enjoy the outdoors, with the likes of her shamed former husband, Goldie Hawn and Elle Macpherson all regular visitors.
Party girl: Brooke has been arrested before for possessing cocaine and was in rehab earlier this year
The 34-year-old's troubles started when a woman contacted police and accused her of assault just after 11.30pm on Friday night.
A spokesman for the City of Aspen and Pitkin County Police said: 'Officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through when they contacted a woman who reported an assault which had taken place.
'The woman identified Brooke Mueller as the aggressor.'
A search was then launched and the reality star was tracked down to the nearby the nightclub after midnight, where she was arrested.
The police spokesman said: 'Mueller was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree (class one misdemeanor) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (class four felony).'
While the assault charge is a less serious misdemenour case, the drugs charges could see the reality star could face up to six years in jail if found guilty.
A police spokesman added: 'When someone is found to have more than a certain amount of the drug they are charged with intent to distribute.'
Mueller was released after posting bail, however she must return for a District Court hearing on December 19.
A source close to Brooke told People magazine that she can't 'stay sober on her own.'
'Maybe this [arrest] will force her to go into a treatment center for a long stay. Thirty-day rehabs won't work for her.'
Mueller only finished a 45-day rehab program to rid herself of her drug and drink problems in July.
And this is not the first time she has been in trouble with the law.
In 1996 she was charged with drink driving and property damage after she crashing her car into a road sign, but the case was ultimately dropped
She was arrested again in 2001 for cocaine possession, and the charges were dropped again after tests revealed she had no drugs in her system.
The Strictly Sexual actress married Platoon star Sheen in May 2008, and gave birth to their twin sons Max and Bob in 2009.
