South Plains shopping center 'shooting' – 'Dynamic shooter' fears later reports of shots discharged in Lubbock, Texas

POLICE are at the location of South Plains Mall later reports of shots were being discharged on Sunday evening.

The reports came out around 5:35pm.

There haven't been any reports of anybody being taken shots as of now

Witnesses have detailed seeing somebody with a firearm. Clients are being approached to avoid the shopping center.

It isn't known whether that individual is as yet nearby.
