They're also said to be worried about the throngs of paparazzi who have been on hand to capture their every move, causing serious crowd control issues.

As such, TMZ reports that the couple have now hired two additional teams of armed bodyguards, who will keep them guarded as they step out for the remaining fashion week shows and parties.

Vitalii - who accosted Brad Pitt at the Maleficent premiere in Los Angeles earlier this year - has also had run-ins with celebrities including America Ferrera, Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lopez.

After the incident on Thursday, he exclusively told MailOnline: 'I hope Kim is OK and won't be mad at me as I didn't mean any harm. Kanye is one lucky man as Kim is a goddess!'
