What a gent: Daniel Radcliffe proved he is a man of his word after he paid off a taxi fare loan from 2012
Daniel Radcliffe proved he is a man of his word after he paid off a taxi fare loan from 2012.

The actor racked up the small debt when he partied with the Dublin Minor Football team two years ago when he ended up returning with them to a house party.
The team had been celebrating their All-Ireland victory at the time and the night must have surely been made all the more memorable thanks to the appearance of the Harry Potter star.

However, it seems Daniel became short of cash on the night and members of the team had to cover his taxi fare home.

Hope this covers it: Former Dublin minor centre-back, Conor Mullally tweeted a picture to reveal Daniel’s kind gesture which included a €50 note and an accomaniying letter

It read: ‘So, thanks again for paying for my cab. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't honour my word and pay you back.
‘Once again, great meeting you all. Hope this covers it.’
Connor captioned the shot: ‘Two years later,Daniel Radcliffe pays us back the taxi fare from that infamous night #gent’
