The
footage, filmed on the opening night of Beyoncé's tour in Belgrade,
shows the 31-year-old getting her adrenaline pumping before the show
begins.
She's been keeping fans entertained on her Mrs Carter Show world tour for the past couple of months.
And now a new installment of the singer's video diary has shown just how the singer prepares ahead of taking to the stage.

One of Beyoncé's dancers is seen standing in the centre of the room, energetically taking charge of the warm-up.
The
woman, wearing a white costume, is seen telling Beyoncé and her fellow
dancers to nod their heads up and down while saying 'Yeah'.
The
next installment of the workout sees the dancer telling her crowd to
bend over and 'pick up all the flowers' before stretching out the sides
by 'giving them to Mommy, and then to Daddy'.
One for Mummy: Beyoncé was also seen 'passing' the flowers to her mother Tina in order to stretch our her sides
