M66 Bury coincidence causes lane closures

-Two lanes closed on M66 Southbound

-The closure is location from junction 2 Rochdale Road to Pilsworth Road

- There are delays in Ramsbottom and Bury as commuters avoid the motorway

Congestion to the A56 Haslingden Bypass. Also seeing delays via Ramsbottom and Bury as traffic avoids the dual carriageway. Travel time is round 1 hour and forty minutes. Lanes  and 3 (Of 3) are actually closed once more after being in brief held at the same time as healing is on scene."
