Examiner CRITICIZED FOR POINTING AR-15 AT JURY 

The examiner in the Kyle Rittenhouse case is drawing fire for pointing an AR-15 straightforwardly at the jury ... furthermore, pundits are contrasting his direct with the lethal shooting on the "Rust" set. 

Aide D.A. Thomas Binger was in his end contention Monday, when he attempted to arrange a re-order of the scene caught on drone video, not long before Rittenhouse started shooting ... killing 2 and injuring a third. 

WRECKLESS DEMO? 

Binger was attempting to show the jury how unfavorable the 18-year-old litigant was in the city of Kenosha back in August 2020 ... by getting the weapon in open court and pointing unequivocally at the 18 individuals in the jury box ... 12 of whom were chosen to determine the destiny of Rittenhouse. 

Binger disregarded the primary guideline of weapon security ... try not to point the weapon at individuals only to look good. As you most likely are aware, one of the conventions broken on the "Rust" set was only that ... Baldwin was pointing the weapon at the Assistant Director and the Cinematographer. 

The exhibit got under the skin of a lot of people via web-based media ... "Rittenhouse indictment DA focuses a firearm at the jury, finger on the trigger, to give an illustration of what it resembles working with Alec Baldwin on a film set." 

One more stated, "Binger and Alec Baldwin need to go to a guns wellbeing class educated by Kyle Rittenhouse." And, there's something else ... "Examiner in Rittenhouse case pointed a weapon with his finger on the trigger at the jury while saying somebody was crazy with his firearm." 

The jury started its considerations ... Kenosha is preparing for a decision.
