MEPs in the European Parliament could sue the Commission – run by Ursula von der Leyen – if the circumstance between the EU and Poland keeps on heightening. 

Brussels and Warsaw have been secured a strained halt as of late as a Polish court decided that components of EU law are incongruent with the nation's constitution.
