The court heard Lucketti had moved to the domain with her kids in 2010 however neighbors were said to have grumbled about her being smashed and affected by drugs.

'On 15 Jun 2021, you were outside your personal residence and were harming Sarah O'Brien's vehicle hitting it with a mallet. Her better half came out and took the mallet off you. You had a blade in your other hand and he was attempting to limit you. You stayed unsettled and spat out at him. You were obviously disturbed and you were harmed, you had a screw driver in your ownership. 

'This was planned. You not really settled to make harm her vehicle that you took three various types of weapons out with you. Your neighbors think you are a fierce individual and you were out on the road thinking viciously. This is an intense offense. 

'I'm intensely mindful your youngsters will be denied contact with their mom and you have some genuine psychological wellness sicknesses that you need to will grasps with. You had a significantly problematic response to specific issues and to me it appears to be your disease was wild that day.'
