'We are satisfied with the Court's itemized audit of this and its ability to fairly apply the law to current realities and suggest excusal of the common body of evidence against Mr. Ronaldo, ' said the forward's attorney Peter S. Christiansen. 

Ronaldo has consistently kept up with his relations with Mayorga were consensual and a Nevada court has now suggested that the Portuguese's movement for ending the case be allowed. 

Mayorga's legitimate group could yet have a problem with the court's suggestion for excusal. Mayorga's lawful group has 14 days to have a problem with the court's choice. 

The criminal case corresponding to the charge had effectively been excused by the Las Vegas Lead prosecutor. 

Back in June of this current year Ronaldo's lawful group asked a government court in the US to toss out the common case against him. 

Legal counselors for the Portuguese striker guaranteed Mayorga's legitimate group gave 'taken papers' to police in Las Vegas who were examining claims. 

In a blistering suggestion to the appointed authority hearing the case, Officer Judge Daniel Albregts on Wednesday accused Mayorga's lawyer, Leslie Imprint Stovall, for putting together the case with respect to spilled and taken reports that Albregts said were favored interchanges among Ronaldo and his attorneys. 

'Excusing Mayorga's case for the improper direct of her lawyer is an unforgiving outcome,' Albregts wrote in his proposal to U.S. Region Judge Jennifer Dorsey. 

'However, it is, tragically, the main suitable approval to guarantee the uprightness of the legal cycle.' 

As per lawful papers stopped at the US Area Court in the Locale of Nevada, Ronaldo's attorneys have been pushing for Ms Mayorga's case to be excused since the mid year over the lead of her lawful group. 

Ms Mayorga has asserted that she was physically attacked in a Las Vegas lodging following a night out with the footballer in 2009.
