Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood has tested positive for the coronavirus, a league source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Wood, 24, is that the third known player within the NBA to possess a positive test for the virus, along side Utah Jazz players Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell.
