The glamorous Essex girl showcased her toned curves in a grey, body-conscious knitted dress, the figure-hugging material clinging to her lovely figure.

Accessorising with a pair of hooped earrings, Lauren styled her hair into a messy top-knot while she sported flawless make-up.

She captioned the snap: 'In my @hotmessclothing grey knitted dress today - so nice have a day off and get ready #ALayIn #boots #dress #hairup #saturday #mytime' [sic].

Meanwhile on Friday, Lauren seemed to confirm the rumours that she's making a comeback to the ITVBe reality show after sharing a selfie with the caption '#filming'.

Showing off her beauty look, she wrote: 'Thank you for lovely make up today @katiebishopmakeup #filming'.

It comes after reports that she's set to make her return to The Only Way Is Essex after a three-year absence for this year's Christmas special.

The brunette beauty was one of the founding stars of the reality show when it started in 2010, and despite recently confessing she hasn't watched the series in years, she has reportedly been spotted filming with current TOWIE stars this week.
