Most pregnant women would jump at the chance to take a load off and sit down and have a pedicure, but when there are fish involved Kim Kardashian wants no such thing.

What was meant to be a beauty treat in Greece on Monday left Kim screaming in horror - and it was all caught on tape.

Sister Khloe filmed both Kim and Kourtney getting a fish pedicure - the treatment started off in Asia and has become a world wide craze - but it is safe to say the experience was not Kim's favourite part of her holiday.

The 32-year-old posted the footage on Keek on Wednesday and it was clear from the very beginning the star was not happy about her fishy pedicure.

'I'm about to do a fish pedicure,' an apprehensive Kim explained.

Do work: The fish immediately started to nibble on Kim's feet, which are obviously quite swollen because of her pregnancy

Tentatively putting both feet in as instructed, Kim - who showed off her growing bump in a short high-necked cream gown - immediately started screaming as the little fish nibbled away at the dead skin on her feet.

Kim explains what she is about to have done but does not seem enthusiastic

This is happening: The 31-year-old was apprehensive as she was told to put both feet in at the same time

'Oh my god, oh my god, I don't like it, I don't like it,' Kim can be heard screaming in the video.
'Can I take them out, can I take them out?
'I hate it.'
