Wednesday following news Tina and Joe Simpson have broken up.
Perhaps Jessica, 32, was hoping to blow off some steam while also continuing her battle to shed her baby weight.

She was sporting a baggy black tank top, matching running shorts and a red hoodie for the workout session.
Jessica
arrived at the gym with her blonde locks wet and attempted to hide her
sullen and make-up free face under a pair of sunglasses.
It
was rumoured that Joe, who acts as Jessica’s manager, and Tina had
split earlier this year after 34 years of marriage - and now the pair
are facing shocking claims that Joe is gay.
