Britney Spears has been working hard to get in tip-top shape for her X Factor television debut and it appears all of those hours in the gym are paying off.

The singer is once again in demand and has been busy fulfilling all of her work obligations.

On 15 August she took time out from work to attend a court appearance in Los Angeles concerning her conservatorship.
The legal arrangement started in 2008 after Spears began to melt down including shaving her head in public and being put on an involuntary psychiatric hold.
The singer eventually bounced back with her father Jamie Spears at the helm taking conservatorship or control of her affairs.
