She recently told Grazia: 'There’s this weird fascination with my size. I am curvy, and my weight goes up and down – from day one, the attention always seems to have been on me. It does get you down.
'I think people forget I’m a real person with feelings.'
Lauren also revealed people are surprised when they meet her and discover she's not a size 16.
Last month, the yo-yo dieter embarked on the strict Cambridge Weight Plan, after creeping from a size 8 to a 14 within a year.
The diet involves eating specially prepared meals, shakes and soups - and the ultimate challenge of wiping out coffee, tea and alcohol.
