Happy to be back: Lauren Goodger wore a figure hugging red dress as she got her hair done in Essex

The 25-year-old looked a lot slimmer in the short scarlet number which had ruching detail around her collarbone area.

Lauren was the definition of a 'salty potato' as she was photographed making her way to her car in a pair of dangerously high, patent black heels which elongated her legs.

She wore her hair up in an elegant doughnut styled bun and she accessorised with a pair of large circular earrings.

Finishing her look she wore a pair of sunglasses and carried a red handbag to complement her dress.

Last month Lauren Goodger caused quite a stir when it seemed as though she wouldn't be returning to the show which brought her into the spotlight.

But having sorted out her differences with the show's producers Lauren headed to another day of filming following her return to the cameras over the weekend.

Still displaying off the results of her new diet, the salon owner showed off her curves in a figure hugging red dress.

Enjoying her second day back on The Only Way Is Essex she tweeted, 'On way filming last day!What a beautiful day n I'm in long sleeve thickest dress only one I had for the theme!! Hope every1 having good day x'

Goodger prepared for her scene which she revealed on Twitter is themed by heading to hair salon Gloss, where she met up with her cast members and seemingly new BFFs Billi Mucklow, Cara Kilbey, Chloe Sims and Frankie Essex.
