'No, you're not dreaming!' Bobby Ewing gets back in the shower as he joins new Dallas castmates for hilarious promo picture

It is still one of the most famous television moments of all time.
When Pamela found Bobby Ewing in her shower on Dallas, explaining his earlier 'death' on the show as part of her bad dream, fans were left stunned by the show's cheeky twist.
And now ahead of the show's return this summer, Bobby (Patrick Duffy) and his new and old co-stars have posed up in a hilarious new promotional picture for the series - showing them all wearing towels in the shower.

He's back! Fans were left stunned when Bobby (Patrick Duffy) returned to the show, with his comeback after his 'death' explained as a bad dream

The picture, which shows J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman) in his trademark cowboy hat, features the tagline: 'They're back. And no, you're not dreaming!'

In the shot, Duffy and Hagman are joined by fellow former co-star Linda Gray, who played Sue Ellen in the show, along with newcomers to the series Jesse Metcalfe, Jordana Brewster, Brenda Strong, Julie Gonzalo and Josh Henderson.
The hit show will return to the small screen on Channel 5 this summer in what is being described as a 'continuation' and not a reboot or remarked.

As they were: Back row, left to right, Victoria Principal, Ken Kercheval, Larry Hagman, Linda Gray, Howard Keel, Steve Kanaly. Front row, seated, Priscilla Presley, Charlene Tilton, Donna Reed and Susan Howard

Dallas originally centred on the Ewing brothers, their mother Miss Ellie, father Jock and niece Lucy, and their cattle and oil dynasty in Texas, but sprawled out into a labyrinthine maze of stories, relationships and bitter feuds.
It was a worldwide hit and ran from 1978 to 1991. JR Ewing is among the best-known villains of all time.

The ‘Who Shot JR?’ cliffhanger in 1980 remains one of the most watched programmes in television history. Its UK audience alone was 20million. It had a worldwide audience of 300million.
