Jersey Shore star Snooki winces in pain as she gets a new inking etched onto her shoulder.
The diminutive MTV star was in Los Angeles over the weekend and decided to add another tattoo to her collection.
Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, opted for several stars with leopard print on the inside to match her left shoulder.

She had the body art done at The Martlet Tattoo Parlor in Hollywood.
The reality star spilled out of revealing animal print top as the tattoo artist worked away on her shoulder.
Last week, the fifth season of Jersey Shore started airing in the U.S. and Snooki has been out promoting the programme on various shows.

Last week she told Jay Leno that she will propose to her boyfriend in the next two years if he doesn't first.
'I'm still waiting for that ring, I swear to God,' she said. 'I've been telling him this for months now!'
She told the talk show host and fellow guest Whitney Cummings: 'I live my life crazy partying whatever, but I'm ready to settle down and have a little baby.'

Don't worry though, the newly slender MTV star doesn't plan on curtailing the Snooki inside of her just yet.
'[I'm giving him] two years,' she announced. 'I'm 24 now. He has until 26 to ask me.'
She then boldly stated: 'If he doesn't ask me, I'm asking him!'
The couple have now been together for a little over a year, and Snooki believes that he's 'the one.'
