Despite her recent ill health, Adele emerged from her London home looking happy and on the road to recovery.
The singer as seen chatting to a friend and ferrying her pet pooch around in a doggy bag under her arm.
Although she hid beneath an oversized navy sweater that reached her knees, the23-year-old appears to have lost weight.
The Chasing Pavements songbird is currently under strict instructions to rest her voice after undergoing surgery on her vocal chords.
However, although she may have stepped out of the limelight momentarily to recover, she has not been forgotten by the Grammy Awards.
Earlier this month, Adele received six nominations ahead of the prestigious US ceremony, including nods for Record Of The Year with Rolling In The Deep and Best Pop Solo Performance for Someone Like You.
But while she Adela is admired for having the likeability of the girl-next-door - touring is a different agenda.
She demands only the very best when it comes to her alcoholic beverages which she teams with an array of junk food and cigarettes to get her through her performances.
As laid out in her tour rider for the singer's cancelled North America tour, she requires a bottle of 'very best quality red wine' in her dressing room.
It must be either Italian, French or Spanish, the document, leaked by the Smoking Gun, revealed.

And for her tour bus, she must be provided with two more bottles of red wine from the same four nations, or Australia, along with 12 bottles of beer.
The beer must be top quality European brands, including Stella Artois, Becks or Peroni.
She adds: 'North American beer is not acceptable.'
Adele's dressing room must also be stocked with a pack of Marlboro Light cigarettes with a disposable lighter.
The cupboards must be stocked with a plate of assorted individually wrapped sandwiches which include chicken salad but not containing tomatoes, vinegar, chili or citrus fruit.
