Lady Gaga has opened up in her most revealing interview yet and lamented her track record of bad romances.
While the multimillion selling recording artist laments that she’s tone-deaf about relationships and might be ticketed for a lifetime of singlehood.
In a stunning admission she told Vanity Fair: 'I have never felt truly cherished by a lover. I have an inability to know what happiness feels like with a man.'
This may come as some surprise to new paramour Taylor Kinney. The singer has been linked to the Vampire Diaries actor for several months.

'Then when I’m in these relationships with people who are also creative, or creative in their own way, what happens is the attraction is initially there and it’s all unicorns and rainbows. And then they hate me.'
Gaga said she’s endured emotional break-ups that have been followed up with impromptu proposals.
But her typically candid response is: 'How f***in’ romantic, you a**hole. Sure pop a ring on my finger and make it all better.
The multimillionaire singer said: 'I can buy myself a f***in’ ring!'
Gaga was believed to have been engaged to ex Luc Carl.
Yet during and interview with on The Graham Norton Show in May, she announced: 'No, I don't have a boyfriend and haven't been on any dates recently.'
Their on/off romance came to an end several years ago, before rekindling their relationship temporarily in July 2010.
At the time she said: 'I've really never loved anyone like I loved him. Or like I love him.
'That relationship really shaped me. I sort of resolved that if you can't have the guy of your dreams, there are other ways to give love.'
But maybe the truth is simply, that the self-confessed workaholic has said her career will always come before a man.
And if she had to choose before love and music - Gaga, whose fans are known as her 'Little Monsters' said she'd pick them every time.
And it seems her addiction to life in the spotlight could be the root cause of her relationship problems
