M65 was shut in the two bearings close to Burnley today for around two hours.

The conclusion, between intersection 10 and intersection 11, was been set up since around 6.35am (January 17).

This was because of a continuous police occurrence.

There are long deferrals and lining traffic nearby in the fallout of the episode being settled.

An update from Inrix said: "Slow traffic due to prior occurrence on M65 in the two bearings from J10 A671 Cavalry Way (Burnley/Padiham ) to J11 B6434 Princess Way (Burnley Center).

"Blockage to J8 (Accrington) traveling Eastbound, additionally influencing traffic around Burnley, Padiham , Nelson and Brierfield as traffic redirects away."
