The Israeli occupation expert on Wednesday supported designs for the development of in excess of 3,557 pioneer lodging units in east Jerusalem, as per Peace Now, an enemy of settlement checking bunch.

Harmony Now said the development of these pilgrim homes would to a great extent remove the city from the southern piece of the involved West Bank, further entangling any endeavors to make a working Palestinian state.

The ventures were supported by a city council and will be considered by a locale advisory group on January 17.

In any case, it would probably be a long time before any development happens, however Peace Now says once the endorsement interaction is in progress, it turns out to be progressively hard to freeze the plans.

One arrangement would fabricate 1,465 lodging units between the illicit settlements of Givat Hamatos and Har Homa, further removing east Jerusalem from the Palestinian city of Bethlehem and the southern West Bank. Another 2,092 homes would be fabricated somewhere else in east Jerusalem.
