The wholesome event took place on the Vodafone Park pitch in Istanbul

Mohamed Salah and his Liverpool team-mates provided a number of youngsters with memories they will cherish forever after they enjoyed a kickabout with the kids from the UEFA foundation on Tuesday evening.

Ahead of Wednesday's UEFA Super Cup final with Chelsea in Istanbul, Salah and Co took some time out to meet the amputee footballers before playing with a ball together on the Vodafone Park pitch.

The heart-warming scenes saw the Egyptian international spend some quality time with two of the kids, before he was joined by his team-mates shortly after.
