Stella McCartney : What HAS happened to Stella's face?

‘She looks like Chucky’s sister. I’m shocked! What happened to growing old gracefully?’

Her father sang Can’t Buy Me Love with The Beatles, but fashion designer Stella McCartney seems to have been able to acquire a strikingly different face.

Sir Paul McCartney’s 44-year-old daughter hosted a Christmas party at her Mayfair store this week, but it was her looks that sparked far more interest than her frocks.

When Vogue international editor Suzy Menkes posted this photograph of Stella online, she was bombarded with comments about the designer’s noticeably plump cheeks, smooth forehead and full lips. ‘What’s happened to her face?

’ demanded one fan of Stella’s usually glamorous looks.

Another — most unfairly — compared her with the scary character from horror film Child’s Play
