We all known and love her as the kind and genteel youngest daughter of Earl and Countess Grantham in Downton Abbey.
But Jessica Brown Findlay's new role couldn't be further from her portrayal as Lady Sybil - and the actress said she can't wait to give everyone a shock.
The 22-year-old has shaken off her image as the privileged young aristocrat for her new film Albatross, in which she plays a teenage girl who has an affair with a much older man.

In her role, her first lead in a movie, Jessica plays Amelia, an aspiring writer who takes a job as a cleaner in a seaside hotel owned by a middle-aged author who she ends up having an affair with.
In one scene, her character is asked to prove her age before she can buy cigarettes, so she lifts up her T-shirt to show nothing underneath and asks, 'Is that good enough?'

The film is released next Friday and Jessica said she is looking forward to people's reactions.
Speaking to the Express, she said: 'I don’t mind giving everyone a shock - including myself.
