Jennifer Lopez and her new Hamptons home ,she buys $18 Million Hamptons Home

Jenny is moving to a new block!

Jennifer Lopez just purchased a 2-acre property in the exclusive Water Mill area of the Hamptons, New York. The 14,000-square foot home boasts seven bedrooms, nine and a half baths and beautiful panoramic water views.

Last listed at $17,999,999, the home was built in 2010, and sites have been buzzing about her interest in the property for weeks. Luxurious extras include heated marble floors in the master bath, multiple walk-in closets and imported limestone flooring in the foyer. Not to mention seven fireplaces – five inside and two out – and tons of entertaining space. There is, of course, a pool and dockage on Mecox Bay.

Lopez spent some time in the Hamptons this summer, and was even spotted with Marc Anthony at Sagg Main beach about a month after they announced the end of their seven-year-marriage.
