Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Jake Gyllenhaal, Sandra Bullock – they're just a few of the heavy hitters who are expected to converge on this year's Golden Globes, upping the glamour factor to new heights.
Hollywood's royal couple Jolie and Pitt are due to make an appearance in honor of her best actress nod for The Tourist, and Jolie can always be counted on to cut a stunning figure on the red carpet.
Fellow nominee Natalie Portman (for Black Swan) will display a different kind of style – all eyes will be on the pregnant actress as she shows off her awards-season maternity fashion.
For those who swoon over male celebrities, the list of hunks – and talents – expected to attend is almost too good to be true: Robert Pattinson, Matt Damon, Justin Bieber and Zac Efron will present. Nominated heartthrobs include Jake Gyllenhaal (for Love and Other Drugs), Johnny Depp (for The Tourist and Alice in Wonderland), Ryan Gosling (for Blue Valentine) and James Franco (for 127 Hours).
Let's not forget the event's host, who is known for putting Hollywood types in their places. Ricky Gervais, the controversial host of last year's show, will be back to amuse and torture his audience.
The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards, hosted by Ricky Gervais, will air live Jan. 16 on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
